Reserved Seat members who require a seat change will need to wait until the end of the AFL season.
Applications for the 2026 season will open in October 2025.
Steps to change seats
- To apply for a seat change, members will need to complete the required form; this will be available with your renewal information in October.
- Once the renewal period closes, and we have received a deposit to secure your seats, we will then start opening our Virtual Venue to allow you to jump in and check out what seats you may wish to move to.
- You will receive an email in advance that will contain the date your window of opportunity will open. Our first window usually open in late November, and each window is based on years of tender.
- The windows remain open until January. You can log in as many times as you like to see which seats have become available but, remember these can go very quickly and something better may not come along so act quick to ensure you don’t miss out!
- What if you change your mind? Not a problem. If you register to change your seat but there is nothing of interest to you, you don’t need to do anything and your current seats will remain securely yours.
A few things to remember when it comes to seat changes...
- The club would like to reiterate that members who wish to change seats must renew their existing reserved seat membership by the listed due date on your invoice, in order to be eligible for a change. This means a deposit of some sort towards your membership needs to be made through one of our various payment options.
- The ability for members to change seats is based on existing Reserved Seat members relinquishing their seats; the ability to change is not guaranteed.
- As Reserved Seat memberships are filled to capacity each season, and we do not often see large sets of seats become available, it is highly unlikely that groups of more than four members will be able to find seats together.
- Member(s) who wish to change seats for medical reasons will need to validate their request with a letter from a doctor outlining their requirements, issued within the last 6 months. Failure to attach the appropriate documentation to this form will mean that the medical priority afforded to the request is relinquished.
