Renewal of a Reserved Seat Membership, or acceptance and purchase of a Reserved Seat membership following an upgrade offer from the club, forms an agreement to purchase that membership for the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.
The club recommends that members who wish to seek alternative membership types to that of a Reserved Seat contact the club to discuss their options; this is best done during the renewal period, between October and December, where possible.
In general, refunds will not be available for reasons of change of mind or personal circumstances, following a Reserved Seat membership purchase; however, Reserved Seat members impacted by a change in personal circumstances may request a membership downgrade (to a non-access or general admission membership).
Downgrade requests must be made in writing to the club on membership@westcoasteagles.com.au no later than March 1, 2025. For further details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
