Please try these troubleshooting steps before submitting a help request
- Make sure you’re logging in with the email address on your membership (this will be the email address you receive club correspondence to!)
- Uninstall and reinstall the WCE app
- Logout and try logging in again
- Reset your password (click "Forgot Password")
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
- Turn off your VPN (if you have one)
- Clear the app's cache
- Update the app to the latest version
- Check your phone software is up to date
- If these steps are still not working in the Club App, you can access your tickets via a mobile browser at this link (log in using your email address and password): https://am.ticketmaster.com/westcoasteagles/my-events
