Eagle Easy Upfront
- By selecting Eagle Easy Upfront, the Member authorises the West Coast Eagles Football Club to debit the nominated credit card for the amount advised, and agrees to finalise all payments prior to the first home and away match of the applicable season.
- The West Coast Eagles Football Club will deduct from the Member’s nominated Visa or Mastercard credit card one single payment of 100% of the Member’s renewal invoice balance due for the following Toyota AFL Premiership Season (men’s competition) and/or Toyota AFLW Season (women’s competition).
- Members using Eagle Easy Upfront will have their Visa or Mastercard account debited on the prescribed dates for the following season’s membership cost, unless the member opts out of renewing their membership or of the payment method, in accordance with clause 5 below.
- Eagle Easy Upfront deductions will be processed on November 13, 2024 or November 20, 2024 (depending on type of product) for the 2025 season. Please note these dates are subject to change; however, the required thirty (30) days’ notice will be provided should a change occur.
- Members may opt out of Eagle Easy Upfront at any time by telephone or email, with at least two (2) business days’ notice prior to the scheduled deduction, however, if they wish to continue their membership, the Member remains liable to the West Coast Eagles Football Club for any outstanding payments. Members will be provided a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice, by email, of the payment amount that will be deducted from their credit card for the following season’s membership, and any changes to Eagle Easy terms and conditions. Any changes to the Easy Eagle terms and conditions will not come into effect for a minimum of five (5) business days after members are notified, to allow members to opt out if they choose.
- Any match entry entitlements will not be activated until payment has been received in full.
- If payment fails to complete, or the card is declined or rejected for any reason, further attempts will be made during the following sixty (60) days to contact the Member or otherwise attempt to successfully finalise payment. The Club will make all reasonable attempts to contact the Member on not less than two (2) occasions. If following not less than two (2) attempts by the Club to contact the Member, should the required fee remain outstanding, the Club may terminate the applicable membership and reserves the right to reallocate the relevant seats.
- The West Coast Eagles Football Club only accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard and does not accept other credit cards including American Express or Diners Club cards.
- Membership accounts with a credit balance (due to successful Seat Return Program, or otherwise) will have that credit applied to their 2025 renewal prior to any payments being deducted; the remaining balance (less credit) will be deducted.
Eagle Easy TwoPart
- By selecting Eagle Easy TwoPart, the Member authorises the West Coast Eagles Football Club to debit the nominated credit card in amounts and at intervals as advised, and agrees to finalise all payments prior to the first home and away match of the applicable season
- The West Coast Eagles Football Club will deduct from the Member’s nominated Visa or Mastercard credit card two (2) equal payment instalments, each for 50% of the Member’s renewal invoice balance due for the following Toyota AFL Premiership Season (men’s competition) and/or Toyota AFLW Season (women’s competition).
- Members using Eagle Easy TwoPart will have their Visa or Mastercard credit card debited on the prescribed dates for the following season’s membership cost, unless the member opts out of renewing their membership or of the payment method, in accordance with clause 6 below.
Eagle Easy Two Part deductions will be processed on November 06, 2024 and February 05, 2025 for the 2025 season. Please note these dates are subject to change; however, the required thirty (30) days’ notice will be provided should a change occur - Members who choose Eagle Easy TwoPart as their payment option after the date of the first scheduled instalment deduction (November 06, 2024) will have their first payment deducted within two (2) business days of signing up as a member, to bring them in line with the payment schedule.
Members may opt out of Eagle Easy TwoPart at any time, by telephone or email, with at least two (2) business days’ notice prior to the scheduled deduction however, if they wish to continue their membership, the Member remains liable to the West Coast Eagles Football Club for any outstanding payments.. - Members will be provided a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice, by email of the payment amount that will be deducted from their credit card for the following season’s membership, and any changes to the Easy Eagle terms and conditions. Any changes to the Easy Eagle terms and conditions will not come into effect for a minimum of five (5) business days after members are notified, to allow members to opt out if they choose.
- Any match entry entitlements will not be activated until payment has been received in full.
- If either payment fails to complete, or the card is declined or rejected for any reason, further attempts will be made during the following sixty (60) days to contact the Member or otherwise attempt to successfully finalise payment. The Club will make all reasonable attempts to contact the Member on not less than two (2) occasions. If following not less than two (2) attempts by the Club to contact the Member, should the required fee remain outstanding, the Club may terminate the applicable membership and reserves the right to reallocate the relevant seats.
- The West Coast Eagles Football Club only accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard and does not accept other credit cards including American Express and Diners Club cards.
Membership accounts holding only non-access or AFLW products are not eligible for the Eagle Easy TwoPart payment plan. - Membership accounts with a credit balance (due to successful Seat Return Program, or otherwise) will have that credit applied to their 2025 invoice prior to any payments being deducted; the remaining balance (after application of credit) will be divided into two equal instalments of 50% each.
Eagle Easy FourPart
- By selecting the Eagle Easy FourPart, the Member authorises the West Coast Eagles Football Club to debit the nominated credit card in amounts and at intervals as advised, and agrees to finalise all payments due prior to the first home and away match of the applicable season
- The West Coast Eagles Football Club will deduct from the Member’s nominated Visa or Mastercard credit card four (4) equal payment instalments, each for 25% of the Member’s renewal invoice balance due for the following Toyota AFL Premiership Season (men’s competition) and/or Toyota AFLW Season (women’s competition).
- Members using Eagle Easy FourPart will have their Visa or Mastercard credit card debited on the prescribed dates for the following season’s membership cost, unless the member opts out of renewing their membership or of the payment method, in accordance with clause 6 below
Eagle Easy Four Part deductions will be processed on November 06, 2024, January 08, 2025, February 05, 2025 and March 05, 2025, for the 2025 season. Please note these dates are subject to change; however, the required thirty (30) days’ notice will be provided should a change occur - Members who choose Eagle Easy FourPart as their payment option after the date of the first scheduled instalment deduction (November 06, 2024) will have their first payment deducted within two (2) business days of signing up as a Member, to bring them in line with the payment schedule.

Applicable to Members who hold an AFLW membership only.
- By selecting Eagle Easy AFLW, the Member authorises the West Coast Eagles Football Club to debit the nominated credit card for the amount advised, and agrees to finalise all payments prior to the first home and away match of the applicable season.
- The West Coast Eagles Football Club will deduct from the Member’s nominated Visa or Mastercard credit card one single payment of 100% of the Member’s renewal invoice balance due for the following NAB AFLW Season (women’s competition).
- Members using Eagle Easy AFLW will have their Visa or Mastercard account debited on the prescribed dates for the following season’s membership cost, unless the member opts out of renewing their membership or of the payment method, in accordance with clause 5 below.
Eagle Easy AFLW deductions will be processed on March 03, 2025 for the 2025 season.
