If you're on the Reserved Seat Waitlist, your position is based on your membership tenure, not a numbered queue. This article explains how the Waitlist works and when you might be contacted for a seat upgrade.
How the Waitlist works
The Waitlist is ordered by membership tenure. Members with the longest continuous membership are given priority. Starting in January, we’ll begin contacting members with the longest tenure first, working our way down the list as seats become available.
Seat availability depends on how many Reserved Seat members choose not to renew.
When will I be contacted about the Waitlist?
If a seat becomes available for you, our Membership Team will contact you directly via email or phone.
Seats are limited and are offered on a first come, first served basis once contact is made.
