If your flexi barcode isn’t visible in the Member Hub, it’s not an error. Barcodes will be added later in the season. Here's what to expect.
When will my barcode appear?
Flexi barcodes will be available in the Member Hub from mid-February. Until then, they won’t be visible in your account.
Will I be notified?
Yes! We’ll send out communications to all eligible members once barcodes are live. Keep an eye on your inbox so you don’t miss the update.
What do I need to do?
Nothing for now. Just sit tight. We’ll let you know when your barcode is ready.
