Flexi members can book accessible seating through Ticketmaster using the interactive seat map, by phone, or via the online form. Accessible tickets are reserved for members and fans with disabilities and their companions.
How to Book Accessible Tickets
You can book accessible seating for any eligible event through Ticketmaster using one of the following options:
1. Call the Accessible Bookings line

2. Submit a request online
Use Ticketmaster’s online form and select Accessible Bookings as the topic.
3. Use the interactive seat map and select the accessible seating
The number and types of accessible tickets available varies by event and venue. To see what accessible tickets are available for your event follow these steps:
- Select the Filter button.
- Toggle the Show accessible tickets switch and the types of accessible tickets available for that event will appear.
- Select the Apply Filters button.
- Click or tap a section on the interactive seat map to see how many accessible tickets are available, as well as their location within the section and price.
