Do I need to forward my tickets to someone if I'm attending the game with them?
No, if you hold several tickets in your account, you don't need to forward them if you plan on entering Optus Stadium together. Simply scan your first ticket and let your family member or friend through the turnstiles, then swipe to reveal your next ticket and scan yourself through.
Can I take a screenshot of my ticket and send it to a friend or family member?
No, to avoid issues with scanning, ensure tickets are properly forwarded to family members or friends if you want them to use your tickets. For instructions on how to forward tickets, see instructions below. We recommend forwarding tickets to an email address rather than a mobile number as people often miss the step of sending the link via SMS.
STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE OFFICIAL WEST COAST EAGLES APP
If you haven't already downloaded the official West Coast Eagles App, you can do so by visiting the App Store (for iPhones), or the Google Play Store (for Android devices). To download, click one of the buttons below
STEP 2: CLICK ON THE 'MY TICKETS' TAB AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN
STEP 3: LOGIN TO YOUR WEST COAST EAGLES ACCOUNT
Your login details are the same as you use to manage your West Coast Eagles membership account.
STEP 4: SELECT THE MATCH YOU WISH TO TRANSFER
Note: Only the current fixtured matches are available to be transferred
STEP 5: FORWARD YOUR TICKET TO FAMILY/FRIENDS
When you are sending ticket(s) to a family member or friend, please click/tap on the TRANSFER button beneath your ticket.
STEP 6: SELECT THE TICKET(S) YOU WISH TO TRANSFER/FORWARD
Select the ticket(s) that you would like to send to a family member or friend and click CONTINUE
STEP 7: CHOOSING HOW YOU FORWARD YOUR TICKET
Select whether to send the ticket(s) via EMAIL or SMS
STEP 8: CHOOSING WHO YOU FORWARD OR TRANSFER YOUR TICKET TO
Select whether to send the ticket(s) to a contact in your phone, or to manually enter their contact details. Enter the details and click the FORWARD button
Once completed, your friend or family member will receive email notification that you have sent them ticket(s). They will need to accept the offer; once they have accepted, you will receive an email notification.
If your friend or family member don't have a West Coast Eagles account, they will need to create one in order to complete the transfer, using the email address you have sent the tickets to. This is in order to be able to access the tickets through the West Coast Eagles App. Tickets will ONLY show up in the West Coast Eagles App for your friend or family member.cco
