The Seat Return Program is design for members who can't attend a match.
Using the West Coast Eagles Seat Return Program means that you're giving a fellow West Coast Eagles fan the chance to attend our home match and cheer on the blue and gold. Better yet, if your seat successfully sells, you'll receive a credit off your next year's membership!
The seat return is available for all fixtured home matches and, you have up until two hours before bounce down on each match day to use the Seat Return Program!
Remember: Once a seat has been returned, the West Coast Eagles cannot retrieve it.

Using the Seat Return Program
Step 1: Open the West Coast Eagles official app on your mobile device. If you are using your desktop computer, head to https://am.ticketmaster.com/westcoasteagles/my-events
Select the ‘My Tickets’ option – located at the bottom of your screen in your app, and the top of your screen on the desktop
Step 2: Sign in to your West Coast Eagles account using your existing West Coast Eagles email
Step 3. In the app, select the match that you wish to return your tickets for – on your desktop click the ‘view event details’ button
Step 4: Select the “more ticket actions” button in the bottom centre of the screen.
Step 5: Select the return button.
Step 6. Select a reason for your return, then select continue to proceed.
Step 7: Complete a final review of the details of your return. Remember: Please double check the details before you click submit – once returned, you may not get your seats back if you change your mind.
Click submit. You have successfully put your seats up for return.
