The Seat Return Program allows eligible members to release their reserved seat for a game they can’t attend, giving another fan the chance to experience the match while earning credit towards their membership.
How it works
If you're a reserved seat member and can't make it to a game:
- Log in to the West Coast Eagles app before the seat return deadline.
- Select the game you’re unable to attend.
- Return your seat through the Seat Return option.
- If your seat is successfully resold, you’ll receive credit towards the following season's membership.
Key things to know
- Eligibility: Only reserved seat members can use the program.
- Credit: The amount credited depends on the reserved seat category.
- Deadlines: Seats can be returned up until 2 hours before bouncedown.
- No guarantees: Credit is only applied if your seat is resold.
❗IMPORTANT: Once a seat has been returned, the West Coast Eagles cannot retrieve it.
