If you're a Reserved Seat member and can't make it to an upcoming game, you have a few flexible options to ensure your seat doesn't go to waste. This guide walks you through each option step-by-step so you can choose what works best for you.
Option 1: Transfer your ticket

How to transfer your ticket
STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE OFFICIAL WEST COAST EAGLES APP
If you haven't already downloaded the official West Coast Eagles App, you can do so by visiting the App Store (for iPhones), or the Google Play Store (for Android devices). To download, click one of the buttons below
STEP 2: TAP ON THE 'MY TICKETS' BUTTON AT THE BASE OF THE APP
The MY TICKETS button is the home for your West Coast Eagles tickets and you will be able to see all tickets for the season.

STEP 3: LOGIN TO YOUR WEST COAST EAGLES ACCOUNT
Your login details are the same as you use to manage your West Coast Eagles membership account.

❗IMPORTANT: If you log in with a different email address, your tickets won’t appear.
STEP 4: SELECT THE MATCH YOU WISH TO TRANSFER
Note: Only the current fixtured matches are available to be transferred

STEP 5: FORWARD YOUR TICKET TO FAMILY/FRIENDS
When you are sending ticket(s) to a family member or friend, please click/tap on the TRANSFER button beneath your ticket.
STEP 6: SELECT THE TICKET(S) YOU WISH TO TRANSFER/FORWARD
Select the ticket(s) that you would like to send to a family member or friend and click CONTINUE
STEP 7: CHOOSING HOW YOU FORWARD YOUR TICKET
Select whether to send the ticket(s) via EMAIL or SMS
STEP 8: CHOOSING WHO YOU FORWARD OR TRANSFER YOUR TICKET TO
Select whether to send the ticket(s) to a contact in your phone, or to manually enter their contact details. Enter the details and click the FORWARD button
Please note: If they don’t have a West Coast Eagles account, they’ll need to create one using the same email address you sent the ticket to.
Tickets will only appear in the app once the transfer is accepted.
Option 2: Return your seat to the Club for resale
💡 This helps other fans attend.
The seat return is available for all fixtured matches and, you have up until two hours before bouncedown on each match day to use the Seat Return Program.
How to use the Seat Return Program
STEP 1: ACCESS YOUR TICKETS
- Mobile: Open the West Coast Eagles app and tap ‘My Tickets’ at the bottom of the screen
- Desktop: Go to am.ticketmaster.com/westcoasteagles/my-events and click ‘My Tickets’ at the top
STEP 2: LOG IN
Log in using your West Coast Eagles account email
STEP 3: SELECT YOUR MATCH
- In the app: Tap the match you want to return
- On desktop: Click ‘View Event Details’
STEP 4: CHOOSE TICKET ACTIONS
Tap ‘More Ticket Actions’ at the bottom centre of the screen
STEP 5: RETURN YOUR SEAT
Tap the ‘Return’ button
STEP 6: SELECT A REASON
Choose a reason for your return and tap ‘Continue’
STEP 7: REVIEW & SUBMIT
Double-check your return details. Once submitted, your seat cannot be retrieved.
Tap ‘Submit’ to complete your return.
Please note: Once a seat has been returned, the West Coast Eagles cannot retrieve it. If your seat is resold, you will receive a credit towards next season's membership.. The credit amount received depends on your membership type.
