Members receive a $25 SuperStore voucher code as part of their membership. Most members will get their code within 3 days of signing up or renewing. AFLW members receive theirs later in the year.
When your voucher code is sent
The timing depends on the type of membership:
Standard Memberships (December–August)
If you purchase or renew your membership between December and August, your $25 SuperStore voucher code will be emailed to you within 3 days of signing up.
AFLW Memberships
AFLW members receive their voucher closer to the start of the AFLW season, usually around August.
This means you may not receive your code immediately when you sign up.

Where your voucher code is sent
Your voucher will be delivered to the email address linked to your membership account.
💡 Tip: check your junk or spam folder; vouchers sometimes land there.
Haven’t received your voucher code?
If it has been more than 3 days (or you are an AFLW member and it’s already August or later), try these steps:
- Check your junk/spam folder
- Search your inbox for: voucher, SuperStore, or West Coast Eagles
- Confirm the email address on your member account is correct
- Still can’t find it? Contact our Membership Services team and we’ll resend your code
