How to activate your Kayo subscription
STEP 1: CHECK YOUR EMAIL
- You’ll receive a unique Kayo offer code and activation link within approx. 60 minutes of purchase (if purchase is after December 1st 2025. Purchases prior to December 1st may take a bit longer).
- Be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
STEP 2 FOLLOW THE ACTIVATION STEPS BASED ON YOUR KAYO STATUS

New Kayo Subscribers
- Click the GET OFFER button in your email
- Copy your unique code
- Click REDEEM OFFER to activate
- Existing Kayo Subscribers
- Log in to your Kayo account
- Go to My Account
- Select Redeem Voucher and enter your unique code
Note: Each code can only be redeemed once.
Activation Deadline
- You must redeem your code before it expires on 31 October 2026.
- If your membership renews in November, you’ll receive a new code for the next membership year.
- You can hold onto the new code and activate it just before your current Kayo subscription expires, but must be before the code expires.
Example: Member A joins in June and activates their Kayo code. Their membership renews in November, and they receive a new code. They wait until the following June to activate the new code before their current subscription ends.
