If you choose not to renew your Eagles On Demand membership, West Coast Eagles will not cancel your Kayo subscription for you. It is your responsibility to manage your Kayo account directly to avoid being charged at Kayo’s standard pricing.
What you need to do
If you don’t want your Kayo subscription to continue:
- Log in to your Kayo account
- Go to your subscription settings
- Cancel your subscription before your renewal date
⚠️ Important: If you don’t cancel, Kayo will automatically renew your subscription at their standard monthly rate.
Please note:
- The club does not manage or cancel Kayo subscriptions on behalf of members.
- You must take action directly with Kayo to avoid unwanted charges.
