To make entry into Optus Stadium quick and easy, you can download your West Coast Eagles match tickets directly to your phone’s wallet.
Your seats/tickets will be available to download into your phone wallet from the Wednesday before each game, when the barcodes appear. Here’s how to do it.
Step by step: adding tickets to your phone wallet
STEP 1: DOWNLOAD THE OFFICIAL WEST COAST EAGLES APP
If you haven't already downloaded the official West Coast Eagles App, you can do so by visiting the App Store (for iPhones), or the Google Play Store (for Android devices). To download, click one of the buttons below
STEP 2: IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY LOGGED IN, LOGIN TO YOUR WEST COAST EAGLES ACCOUNT
Your login details are the same as you use to manage your West Coast Eagles membership account.
❗IMPORTANT: If you log in with a different email address, your tickets won’t appear.
STEP 3: TAP ON THE 'MY TICKETS' BUTTON
Once logged in, you should always see this first thing when you open your app.
The MY TICKETS button is the home for your West Coast Eagles tickets and you will be able to see all tickets for the season.
STEP 4: SELECT 'VIEW TICKETS' FOR THE UPCOMING MATCH
STEP 5: ONCE IN THE MATCH SCREEN, CLICK 'VIEW TICKETS'
STEP 6: WHEN VIEWING THE TICKET AND THE BARCODE, CLICK THE 'ADD TO WALLET' BUTTON UNDERNEATH THE BARCODE
STEP 7: THE TICKET SHOULD OPEN IN YOUR WALLET. PROCEED TO FOLLOW THE STEPS TO ADD IT TO YOUR WALLET
(a) Click the 'ADD' button
(b) Click the 'ADD PASS' button
(c) Click the 'VIEW IN WALLET' button
STEP 8: BELOW IS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT THE TICKET WILL LOOK LIKE IN YOUR WALLET
Tips for game day
- Open your wallet app before arriving to avoid delays at the gate.
- Ensure your phone is charged so you can scan your ticket.
- If you have multiple tickets, make sure each one is saved individually.
- Remember to scan your ticket on the Paywave logo, located at the front of the turnstile
If you have any issues with your tickets for any upcoming home match, please attend the match and the Membership Services team will be at Gates B, C, and E at Optus Stadium to assist; there is no need to miss any match because of a ticketing issue.
