❗IMPORTANT: Ticket scanning has changed for 2026
Getting into the stadium will look a little different this season. To make your match day as smooth as possible, here are the four things you must know before you reach the gate.
1. Arrive early
New scanners have been introduced for 2026. This means entry may take longer than usual, especially right before bouncedown. Give yourself plenty of extra time so you don’t miss a moment of the action.
2. If you can see a BARCODE you must scan it under the turnstile head
This includes:
- Tickets in the Ticketmaster app
- PDF/Print‑at‑home tickets
- Physical tickets
If your ticket has a visible barcode, you must scan it under the turnstile head.
3. How to scan your ticket
Ticketmaster App/Digital Tickets
These digital tickets on your phone will scan under the turnstile head. Look for the infrared light to line up the barcode for scanning. If the Ticketmaster App ticket comes up as invalid – push the refresh button (in red circle) underneath the barcode.

This ensures your ticket refreshes correctly and scans instantly.
