Access Membership digital tickets will appear in the West Coast Eagles app from mid-February, once they’re released for the upcoming AFL season. This article explains when you can expect to see them and how to find them in the app.
When your tickets become available
If you hold an Access Membership, your digital tickets will be visible in the app from mid‑February each year. Tickets won’t appear before this time, even if your membership has been renewed.
Once released, tickets will remain available throughout the season.
If your tickets aren’t showing after mid-February
Try the following:
- Make sure you’re logged in with the same email linked to your membership
- Pull down to refresh the screen
- Update the app to the latest version
- Log out and log back in
