To merge family memberships, you’ll need permission from both the primary account holder and the seat holder. Once approved, our team can help you complete the merge. If needed, the seat holder can unmerge at any time.
Merging family memberships
To merge two memberships:
- Get permission from both parties:
- The primary account holder (the person financially responsible)
- The seat holder (the person whose membership will be merged)
- Contact us
Once both parties agree, email our membership team via membership@wce.com.au and we’ll help you complete the merge.
Unmerging a family membership
A seat holder can request to unmerge at any time. Just email us via the address above and we’ll help separate the memberships.
