If your card has expired, been replaced, or you simply want to switch payment methods, you can update your payment details online through your membership account. This article walks you through the steps.
How to update your card details
- Log in to your membership account via the West Coast Eagles app or the Member Hub website.
- Click your initial icon in the top right corner of the screen (next to the cart icon).
- Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.
- Scroll to the Payment Methods section.
- Click Add/Edit Payment Methods.
- If adding a new card:
- Enter your new card details.
- Click Save.
- Remove your old card after saving the new one.
💡 Make sure your new payment method is valid and has sufficient funds to avoid failed payments.
