If you need to update your payment plan for your membership - whether switching from upfront to an Eagle Easy payment plan or vice versa - you can do so during the renewal period. This article explains how to make the change.
How to request a payment plan change
Payment plan changes cannot be made online. To update your plan:
- Call us on (08) 9388 4566
- Email us at membership@wce.com.au
Please include your member ID and let us know which payment option you’d like to switch to.
When to change your payment plan
Changes must be requested by Monday 04:00pm, 10 November 2025 to allow our Membership Team time to process any updates before the first payment is deducted.
