Membership renewals for the 2026 season opens from September 2025, some will only be available from October. This article explains when renewals begin and what you need to know to stay up to date.
Key dates
- Early September 2025 to Early October 2025: Memberships for 2026 go on sale and seat change registration opens.
- Early October 2025: Invoices are sent with payment options.
- 30 November 2025: Renewal payment deadline (unless you're on a payment plan).
- December 2025: Seat change windows commence.
- January 2026: Eligible waitlisted members are contacted about a seat upgrade, if the opportunity to upgrade arises.
If you don’t renew by the deadline, your membership benefits and tenure will be affected and if you currently hold a Reserved Seat, it will be released.
