How do the Eagle Easy payment plans work?

Eagle Easy is a flexible, automatic renewal payment option that lets you pay for your membership in instalments of either one, two or four payments.

Eagle Easy is a set of automatic payment plans designed to make renewing your membership simple and stress-free. You’ll never miss a deadline, and your Memberships will be secured each season.

There are no additional fees for choosing a payment plan over paying manually by the due date. This article explains how each plan works and when payments are deducted.

Your Eagle Easy payment options

You can choose from three plans:

• Eagle Easy Upfront
  One full payment deducted in November each year.
  • 2026 payment date: Wednesday, 19 November 2025
• Eagle Easy Two Part
  Two equal payments deducted in November and February.
  • 2026 payment dates:
    • Wednesday, 12 November 2025
    • Wednesday, 4 February 2026
• Eagle Easy Four Part
  Four equal payments deducted monthly from November to March.
  • 2026 payment dates:
    • Wednesday, 12 November 2025
    • Wednesday, 3 December 2025
    • Wednesday, 4 February 2026
    • Wednesday, 4 March 2026

How it works

• Your membership automatically renews each season under your selected plan. If you would like to opt out of automatic renewal, please email the Membership Team via membership@wce.com.au 
• You’ll receive a reminder before each payment is deducted.
