If you need a short-term seat change at Optus Stadium - due to injury, mobility issues, or other temporary circumstances - the club may be able to assist. Here's how to request a temporary relocation.
When can I request a temporary seat change?
This option is available for short-term needs, such as:
- Broken leg or injury
- Mobility limitations
- Other temporary health or accessibility reasons
The club can attempt to relocate you for one or two matches, subject to availability. Please note that seat changes are not guaranteed.
How to submit a request
STEP 1: COMPLETE THE TEMPORARY SEAT CHANGE REQUEST FORM (form link coming soon)
STEP 2: INCLUDE RELEVANT DETAILS
- Your member ID
- Match date(s) you’re requesting
- Reason for the change
STEP 3: WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION
The Membership Team will review your request and contact you if a suitable seat is available.
