If you're looking to change your seats for the upcoming season, you can do so using the Virtual Venue during your designated Seat Change Window. This guide walks you through the process and highlights key things to keep in mind before making a change.
Before You Start
Please read the following important information before attempting to change your seats:
- Seat availability is not guaranteed. New options may appear as other members complete their changes, so check back regularly.
- All seat changes are final. Once you complete the transaction, you cannot revert to your original seats or make another change.
- Seats are not secured until checkout. Adding seats to your cart does not guarantee availability.
- Review pricing carefully. The payment screen shows the amount due, not the total value of your new seats. If your new seats are a downgrade, the club will contact you regarding any refund.
- Sections 131 and 511 are alcohol-free.
- Grand Final ballot priority may change. If you move to a different category, your priority may be affected. Refer to the membership website for details.
- Front Row membership (Level 1, Row 1) has limited availability. Please call the Membership Team to check and book.
- Sun/shade indicator: The Virtual Venue reflects conditions at approximately 4:00pm.
Step-by-step: How to change your seats
- Log in to your West Coast Eagles account when your Seat Change Window opens.
Note: The page will not be accessible before your window opens. - Select the seats you wish to upgrade and click Next.
- View the aerial map of Optus Stadium. Available seats will be highlighted in green.
- Choose new seats using one of two options:
- Click directly on a block with available seats.
- Click View available sections in the top-right corner.
- A list of available seats will appear for your selected block.
- Select the seat(s) you want and click Add to Cart.
- Click the shopping cart icon in the top-right corner.
- Confirm your selection by clicking Continue.
- Review the seat exchange summary and any balance owing. Click Checkout to proceed.
- Complete the remaining checkout steps to finalise your seat change.
Note: Any balance owing must be paid before your seat change is confirmed.
